Look at me actually being on my posting schedule, I mean let’s see how long this lasts. I got my June Glam Bag in the mail today, yesterday by the time this is posted. Like the Glam Bag Plus this month it was themed with a collaboration between ipsy and Tetris and it’s a really cute collaboration.

The bag:

I think there were five different bags this month that corresponded with the colors of the Tetris blocks like purple, yellow, green, orange, red, dark blue and light blue. I liked the fact that there was a variety of bags offered this month it even gives you a little bit more customization because of the bag that you get.
My bag was red and has a lightning bolt (I don’t know what else to call it a funny z?) piece as the zipper pull, I hope that all of the other colors had their corresponding piece as the zipper pull. The bag itself is detailed with the shape represented from the Tetris game. I like the multi-tonal monochrome palette on the bag itself.
The Products:
I am going to start out with this, it is a lot of masks, that’s pretty odd for one of my bags because it is literally all facial skin care, no makeup which for one of my bags is a rarity.
TETRIS X ipsy Blending Brush

This was the only non-skin care product I received in my bag, from what I understand about the collaboration there were five brushes and this is a fluffier blending brush more than a packer brush or a crease brush, it’s synthetic which I feel like most brushes are any more.
First Aid Beauty: Ultra Repair Hyaluronic Hydrating Primer

First Aid Beauty is one of those luxury brands for me and I have been a fan from a far for years now, I really like their products even though I have only used one or two because they don’t seem to have any adverse effects on my skin and that is always something that I look for in anything that gets near my face when it comes to skin care and even primer and foundation. It smells like cucumbers and I am really excited to give it a try.
Hey Honey Sweet Treat Wild Berry & Honey Yogurt Recovery Mask.

I am so used to sheet masks than masks like this, I like the idea of just a cream mask and I am looking forward to trying it out. On the insert card it says that the mask is pink and I am a fan of that because you know, it’s pink. It says it helps restore elasticity and helps restore the appearance of dull skin because of the environment.
Pixi by Petra Glow Mud Cleanser

I have used a mud cleaner before and it did not work real well with my skin, now I don’t know if this one will be different just because it’s a different brand and maybe the ingredients will be different so it won’t affect my skin as much as the one that I tried before.
Soroci Lycomoto Super Restorative Sleeping Mask

I am a new fan of sleeping masks and for the most part I have found them to be lovely, this one is made with tomato extract which helps with moisture and brightening so I am excited to give this one a try as well.
Well my bag was really skin care heavy this month but I wasn’t super upset about it, I think that the products that they curated into this box are things that I like or will like even if the bag was very skin care heavy. Overall I liked the bag so I am not complaining about it.
