I was really excited to get this bag, as I usually am with my ipsy bag because for the most part the products are right up my street. I have been getting this subscription for almost a year now, April will be a year and I fall more and more in love with the service with every bag that I get. They are doing something right with their service and I have never had any problem with anything wrong with any of the process or the products.

There was no guide or insert in this month that told me about the products and I kind of missed that because it was so helpful last month and in January, I am hoping that it comes back next month.
The Bag:

I think this is one of my favorite bags that I have gotten so far, it’s this one, the one from October last year, the one from July, and the one from September of last year. It is rose gold with a blue zipper and on the front it says, “and off she went to change the world” and I know it’s for women’s history month and I love it. The zipper pull is a little star and it really pulls the rest of the bag together, literally and figuratively.
The Products:
Amazing range this month and I am excited to actually dive in and try things.
Yensa Color and Face BC foundation in Fair Cool:

This is a brand I have never heard of but that is okay, it is safety sealed so I haven’t opened it yet because I don’t want it to go bad before I get a chance to try it out. It is fair cool and that seems like a pretty good match for me even though I haven’t seen the actual product yet. I actually looked on their website and it looks like a pretty good match and I really like brands that donate or ask their clients to donate (if they want) to a foundation, in their case it is Dress for Success. Their foundation is about the same price as a full size as what I pay now and if I like it maybe I will give a full size a try.
Skyn Iceland Berry Lip Fix:

I got something from Skyn Iceland in my Gold Holiday Collection bag, then it was the under eye masks and I need to take a moment to pamper myself and actually use them. As I am writing this I put some on, it is really thick and it was a little hard to get out of the tube but as soon as I put it on it feels minty, I’m not upset by that because I like minty lip balms so I am hoping that it keeps my lips hydrated longer than other lip balms I have used in the past.
Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleaning Balm:

I have never used a balm when cleaning my face but this is K-Beauty, so I think that is should be just fine. It smells so good, almost like a lime smell, it does have lime oil in as well as bergamot and orange so it smells like summer. (I took that cue from their website.) I am excited to try it because it seems like a really good product and it just smells so good. (The scent reminds me of Soap and Glory’s Sugar Crush, but lighter.)
Ofra Highlighter in Star Island:

I think this is a full sized highlighter and this is my first Ofra product even though I have been seeing it online for years now. I love the shimmery champagne pearl color of this highlighter, even though I am a fiend for highlighters I do not wear them in my basic everyday makeup routine for work because I don’t want to spend all day under florescent lights with my skin glowing. It is a really pretty color though and it’s not
“blinding” so it can be used with all sorts of looks. I really like the pattern in the highlighter as well because I am a sucker for packaging when it comes to makeup.
Seraphine Botanicals Curl Imperial Mascara:

I have so many tiny mascaras but I am never upset about it, this is a botanical mascara which is a first for me and according to their website it has Queen of the meadow and Orchid extracts which is not something that I usually see in the ingredients in a mascara. It also has an hourglass shaped brush and I think I have only ever had one of those before, don’t ask me which brand that was but it’s an interesting shape for a brush.
So that was what was in my March bag, if you want to read January or February go ahead.
Do you subscribe? If you do, what was your favorite product?
See you all in a few days!
